We’ve met with Amanda Castor, Director of the Montana DNRC.
We’ve spoken directly with numerous DNRC staff.
We’ve met with the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
We’ve sat down with Richland County Commissioners.
We’ve talked to DRWA.
We’ve even called the Bureau of Reclamation.
Despite all this, not one agency has taken action.
The DNRC’s response?
“Our hands are tied.”
